Who can participate?

Organizations may nominate multiple teams of 2–3 members. The challenge is open across industries and professional backgrounds. Solutions must be original and created specifically for SHRM Techathon.

Participation journey

Organization nomination → solve your own HR challenge → submit an implementation-ready solution → jury shortlisting → live grand finale → winners announcement.

How solutions are evaluated

Problem framing, solution architecture, innovation and differentiation, impact and metrics, feasibility and scalability, and presentation storytelling.

Recognition for every stage

Top 30 finalists receive special recognition, the Top 6 receive trophies and certificates with a conference presentation opportunity, and all participating teams receive a Champion’s Certificate.

Investment structure

Fees are charged per team and tiered by the number of teams nominated. The participation fee includes SHRM Tech conference passes as an additional benefit; taxes and applicable terms are managed by the master administrator.
